3. No Emergency Services
We do not provide emergency assistance.
In the event of a gas leak, odor detection, fire risk, or any safety hazard, clients must immediately contact:
- Local emergency services (911 in the United States)
- Their propane provider directly
We are not liable for emergency response delays.
5. No Guarantee of Provider Outcomes
We guarantee structured communication and documented follow-up.
We do not guarantee:
- Delivery dates
- Pricing adjustments
- Billing outcomes
- Provider decisions
- Contract modifications
Final decisions remain solely with the propane provider.
6. Payment Terms
- All services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Fees are non-transferable.
- Services begin only after confirmed payment.
- Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services.
7. 60-Day Satisfaction Review
Clients may request a service review within 60 days of initial engagement.
Refund eligibility:
- Applies only to service fees paid
- Requires documented evidence of unmet service scope
- Does not apply if services were fully rendered according to the agreed scope
Refund determinations are made at the company’s discretion in accordance with documented service activity.
